In Matthew 21 Jesus references Isaiah 56 when he proclaims, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer.’
We know that Paul taught that God’s people are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6) and that we are being built up with Spiritual stones into the house of God (Ephesians 2).
When we gather as the church we place emphasis on prayer.
We gather Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. to study Scripture together and pray.
We break up into groups by gender of 3 to 4 people and we spend time in prayer.
